We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned with the original packaging

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our bracelets are made from natural crystals, variations in color, pattern, and natural inclusions may occur. These differences are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each crystal and are not considered defects, therefore they are not eligible for returns.
